After a gruelling race (cewah, pdhal diri x fit), got to rest lar.. lutut macam nak tercabut already, definitely need to train running downhill after reviewing on last week's race. this week, a relaxing week for me. Just some ergs to burn fat =) sambil watching ex-bf i, stephen chow.. ehhe.
Mon - Rest
Tues - Gym 5x, core
Wed - Boss Belanja
Thurs - Erg 2j
Fri - Erg 1j30m & jog 4km + gossip.. plan to MTB tak jadi=) da karat kot d bike... Majai & Wan da balik.. sessi bergosip sambil jogging da mula =)
