I guess this is the one of my productive training weekend. hehe, biler da lama cuti, terase lembap sgt.. N malas2 nak train long.. Saturday, again i fongfeikei @ MIA for a bike session. Morning rain & fluffy pillow were the culprit.. I managed to ergo indoor, 1 hr x 3.. slow N steady just to burn fat.
Then, i thought.. i musnt do it on Sunday. da sign contract da.. nak run offroad... 3 were initially invited, however, only 2 turned out.. Deal nyer start at 10am.. biar terik sikit baru syok =)

Sempat bergambar before run.. I had a gym session first, 5x sets endurance. Then Bacin & Rashid sampai. Sorg lagi couldnt make it.

20mins into wood, we came to a stream. the only stop we had. after this stream, it was all slow & steady run. Run was fun as we sort of understood that we should run, be it up or down though we did not say it out. Pace was ok, eventually I was huffing & puffing away. None were talking long, nor stopping. Rashid was unfortunate that his trail shoes went missing & resorted to a sleek Nike shoes which turn out to be slippery. Ended up kissing some tress & knees gave way. He Uturned after 20mins.

Bacin led the way.. up & down, occasionally i helped to recognize the route as well. the only route yg i reti =) Total offroad route ended in 59 minutes, quite a fast pace for us yg da lame tinggalkan lari2.. In between, i sempat gak gayut tepon sambil lari.. hehe, husband called... nk buat report sket...

Though I was trailing behind, sempat gak tangkap gambar2... once or twice, we changed pacer, cam drafting bike pulak.. sampai2 end of trail, nak balik via offroad ke onroad? ONROAD.. fuh~~ nasib onroad, tak larat aa nk offroad otw back. Onroad took another 30mins... we walked for 8 minutes before kicking off onroad run for 20minutes...

Then, we had bowls of cendol, & 8 cans of drinks.. dehydrated giler... though penat.. tapi puas giler.. we then dipped into pool, hehe dgn peluh2 & lumpur2, adalah digalakkan to swim. i had another 1.5k swim, just to singkirkan d lactic.. N 1hr ergo as well.. =)

Sampai2 rumah.. siot nyer pacat... sempat tuh....
