Hoohathlon - a mini triathlon
Prior to race start, I lepak with Reita. I suddenly felt so segan, as everyone else seemed really a beginner. But, again, it was a fun race rite?? Reita is another reason that I came. At least, we could hang out together. Race was about 100m swim, 10k bike, 5k run. I did that in 59min; with bike speed about 31km/h.
Finishing the race, I got 2nd & got a cool leave head band for Aydeen. No prize, nothing, but they gave some cool goodies bag. After the race, rushed back to celebrate Father's Day; then Alvina's birthday. That lil girl turned 1 already, it was that fast.

Last Weekend
Last Fri, hehe.. I can gladfully cut & paste my powerlunch workout (thur's) to my training log as well. Head home for a quick ebm pump, then iron pumping & finally managed to kick in a decent lunch with hub as well. I made him tapau my lunch, so that I have more time on the weights. Thanks =)..
Come Saturday, managed a zombie run at 5am sharp. My run was rather slow, no run for 2 weeks after ATM Tri. Saw K.reita there, ran together for a while then pack. Sharp 7am, head home then balik kampung. Thanks again for the run. =)
Sunday was purely family time. Caught the flu bug & managed to spread around. Kesian Aydeen & hub.
Monday still a bluish day. Did nothing except iddling around & settle some report. If no dateline, not sure when will the report be done. Some skills picked up through the working years. =)

3 x 10 reps bench pull; 30kg
5 x 10 reps lunges; 30kg
5 x 10 reps calves: 30kg (tak tau panggil ape)
3 x 20 reps leg extensions; 10kg
3 x 20 reps reverse leg extensions; 10kg
* weight remain unchange for quicker workout..
Fixed myself a quick cheese sandwich lunch after my powerlunch. Am back fixing on sales, reports & documentations now. I have nice wobbly feeling now.. =)
