It happens to all of us.. We have been eager to avoid skipping training, as 3-4 days off from jogging would mean disaster to restart the whole thingy.. or skipping swimming would be total body ache when we restart.. same as swimming/weight/rowing and everything else... But to a certain period of life, we will eventually come to a situation where we have to forgo training, or there are so many changes in life that we would be too reckless to discipline ourself in this religious regime.. To an extend that it slowly becomes a habit; and eventually, part of our lifestyle.
It sure felt good last Wed, when everything was planned ad hoc. I and deq agreed to go double scull that evening. Then, we decided to hook up some ex-rowers as well. And just sending out sms; there we were gathering at dam going for sculls, on water. Feeling was addictive. There were me, hub, deq, cae & acap.
Then, we went for a swim after rowing. Our coach joined us after that. Also, just a sms & short time away, he has not only managed to buy him a swiming suit, but to join us in time for the short swim. Well, while its hard for us to actually do something that we have not been doing, but if the will is always there, getting started would be much easier, and especially if there are friends. Most of us have been resting from being actively involved in sports, but still managed to show up for the session in short time. It simply means, as long as you have the passion, you can get started easier than you thought so. =)

i agree with you..jom swim petang ni..hehehe
