
Ingredient
- 20 green apples
- 6 lemon
- 500grams organic sugar
- 1 glass container
- peeler & knife
- Wash & airdry all ingredient. Peel off the skin & cut into slices.
- Lay 1 layer of apple slices-sugar-lemon slices-sugar etc.. last layer shoud be sugar
- leave for 3 weeks, occasionally open the lid to release gasses. shake bottle daily
- enzyme is ready for consumption after 3 weeks. good for digestive system. 1 tbsp + warm water daily. apparently reduce waistline as well
