Garbage Ezyme, 1 portion sugar, 3 portion garbage waste, 10 portion water...
My mum is crazy on enzyme making nowadays.. i like it when she makes garbage enzyme, she only uses fruits waste, so i makan isik, d skin is kept to do enzyme.
Enzyme Recipe
1 kg sugar
3 kg fruit/vege waste
10 liters water
1 ea airtight plastic container
1) Keep all fruit/vege skin dry in referigerator till desired amount
2) Get a clean plastic container (paint drum oso can)
3) Stir in all ingredient above & close the lid. Remember to write date of manufacture
4) Open the lid daily & stir for first 7 days
5) Open lid once a while ( once a month oso can) for airing after the first week
6) 3 months duration period
7) Filter out the enzyme water & keep in bottles
Application : Use as detergent, dish cleaner, toilet cleaner & etc
Scientific : Apparently enzyme produces a type of acid, which cleans biologically, hence they are environtment friendly. Do not worry bout the sugar as they are all eaten up by enzyme.
Caution : Cockroaches / lipas will stay away from the floor mop with enzyme
