Happy New Year 2011

Happy New Year, 2011 =) yeah, & it always come with new year resolutions, dont they.. i guess my previous new year resolution has to be jotted in buku 555 already. Now, yet to plan for another year ahead. Well , I used to

Well, it has always been that way, not until just recently.. I realised something else begins to inspire me more...

look at him, dad of 3 but still manages lsd runs & bike..

I guess as we grow older, priority changes. Hate to see my training log is beginning to collect eggs & doughnuts through out the weekdays. N weekend isnt any better either. If aiming to lose weight isnt hard enough (maybe the only weight that i have lost is muscle weight), lets do more wishful thinking of joining 2011 races. Yet, I guess i need to lay out my plan properly & start realizing it. Stop complaining & start working!!!

Other side of mine, apart from being a mum/rat/athlete (hopefully still am).. I tend to explore more on the entrepreneur side of mine.. Work is still in progress, see how it goes =)
p/s: all the best to Dino & Stef for their attempt to ride round Msia for Guiness record !! (msian)

Apart from the 12 hr race, my jog has always been <5km..>

  2. At times, still thought of training like I used to do, but only to realise that it has to change. the sooner i adapt, the better =) still working on it... hehe..
