News today

Enforcers are required to participate in Senamrobik as part of their duty. Also, their BMI will be monitored thoroughly from time to time. =)

P/s: try take a look at Thai or Singapore's, tight uniform, buffed body. Ours are in tight uniform too, macam nangka =)
ahaha.. mood tengah tak best =) it's wicked wednesday today

    Sudah tentu, macam mana nak kejar penjahat kalau tak boleh lari. Tapi senamrobik tak cukup lah, Mesti nak suruh diaorng lari 5k ke 10k. Singapore's NS men, ramai are triathletes.
