Baking Marathon " i wished it was running marathon"

Muffins for the office


Choc chip; lemon cheese; gluey blueberry..

I had a baking marathon done. Wasnt easy at all, handling aydeen while baking. Jogging with aydeen seemed much easier. Baking + taking care bb + washing + layan bb was more tiring than ergo & running itself. I have wanted to learn the icing, but given yesterday's drama; I am contented with what I could at the moment. Those cakes were for my office mate =)

Choc Chip Muffin - Dark in colour, rich in taste. Moist muffin with bits of choc chip to chew on.

Lemon Cheese Muffin - Taste just like ordinary cheese cake, except for the sourish taste laced with slight tint of sweetness lingers in your mouth after a bite.

Gluey Blueberry Muffin - It's gluey after it's blueberry filling bursting in your mouth. Extra effort needed to savour both blueberry filling & the muffins.

p/s: It is supposed to do as it was, so far comments for 1st & 2nd muffin still within target.. hehe.. cewah, cam iklan pulak..
