Waking up to ergo after bf in the wee hour, 3am say.... I guess that is my only option to train weekdays.. =) or having to drag along aydeen for a short jog, that would be another option. N also including DIY pilate, for it's convenient to do next to the sleepy bb, but wont want to sleep till he is really exhausted.. I need a drastic change.. Hub was kind enough to join the jog, despite his knees full with patches (yup, sort of like harvested some tendon & patched on the knee thing) & we end up discounting our jogs every session. Then its back to the miserable 3km jog that we have every weekend... Hehe, coming this weekend, I must make sure I run more than that.. or go for biking.. someone might join with her shining stroller.or I might join her for a ride... hope it happens =)
