It isnt easy any more.. Stomach felt like exploding, yet it can grow further as there are 8weeks more to go from week 32. Full term baby would be 40weeks; clinically. Owh, all my other 'rakan seperjuangan' has safely delivered. I am still happy to be able to do some simple workout, yet, it still felt so far yet. Going to the gynea, meeting up w bb motivates me more. Thanks to hub & mum as well for making life easier nowadays.
Full sliding the erg is not possible anymore. It is either half slide with correct legging possition, or i simply adjust & kangkang more to get a full slide. Split within 3:00 an hour @ about 500kcal burnt an hour is still manageable, but it is with more huffing & puffing. Yes to swimming as well, but the thought of going to the pool, the hassle & the M hormone made swimming abit less favourable. Yet, I do look forward to swimming =) cume malas nak gerak ke pool.. =) Well, it is another alasan =) miss those days long swimming with friends going for kapas marang =) without them, malas melampau gak... =)
p/s: PD tri heat is still on.. congrats to all who attempted =) goodluck for Uniten Boat Race as well

week 32! semakin hampir... tapi you very active lah, bagus...
