  • Total weight gain 7th month preg - 7kg

This is going to be notes & pieces of my pregnancy. Guess some time in future, I would refer to it & try do better than I am now =)

Going into my 7th month pregnant, little did I know that it is now no more honeymoon pregnancy. Hence, i did the usual stuff & went jogging like normal. Guess the stomach is getting bigger, hormone more haywired, bones getting softer, breath heavier. Yup, I so wanted to jog, but it turned out the other way round. 1hr session at BJ is no longer solid jog. Eventually I realise the running mileage gets lesser & lesser. It then became 3km jog & 2km walk for 1 hr session. Eventually pain creeps in, then everything else fell apart.

Then, I thought of going trail running for a change. It might not be as hard on the bones as tar road. So, there I went into Batu Dam trail with my hub. We jogged for an hour, yet only managed to reach the 2nd stream. Lesser pain, but another problem surfaced. Out of sudden, of nowhere, I almost fainted after 1hr jog. Everything went black. I held on hub for support. He was patient enough to follow my pace. Rested for 15mins, then we continued walking the remaining of the trail. That was one horrible experience. From then onwards, I felt shortness of breath easily. Even panting while walking up the stairs. But why? I did not totally quit fitness. Gynea confirmed that my bb's position is quite high, hence prevent me from breathing normally. Shortness of breath is normal, it also explained of the acid & frequent heartburn. So, jog turned to erg only =)
p/s: good luck to all attempting PD Triathlon =)
