Came across this advert in an overseas newspaper. Too bad it is underly publicized over here in Malaysia. They have weekly rental for such machine.. One cool way to promote the sports. Got to know from Stef that ergo was substituted for swim in triathlons during winter time. Double cool =)
Price of this machine is about half of a treadmill, slightly less or equivalent workout compared to running. A pretty good investment as well. Got to say this as I am almost only stuck to this through my third semester =)
Pic shows the proper posture, however I think I have to make more space to accomodate my bb bump..
