The Ugly Truth

It is the ugly truth when :

1) Jogging is not an option anymore. 5 km jog seemed so long & hip/groin sore so much so that resting time is exponentialy co-related. Bone is getting softer, i guess. Only option left - swim, erg, walk for now.

2) Getting blisters for running even 5k, compared to blister only starts for > 20km run last time

3) When a single compliment would mean so much nowadays. Am I that desperate?

4) Getting excited for still being able to fit into some of the low cut jeans meant for everyday use.

5) Feeling low realising that the baby tee that could fit in last week, couldnt fit in anymore this week.

6) Waking up every now & then to cope with heartburn, backpain & cough

7) Looking at weighing machine; weight gained gradually but nothing can be done although training is included

etc, etc~~ hormone nih~~

Having that, still am glad I could still do what I am doing now. Hopefully, exercise still can be executed right until delivery. 2.5 months more seems like a long way~~
