Nothing much to blog, life as usual. Hormones M up n down, training is redefined to erg 1hr per day entering the third trisem. I got to know that bb helps burn calories too, about 300cal a day. Bb gets sexier each day, nak menonjol2 diri. Sometimes people just come to me, meraba2 baby then talk to me.. selamber betol.. they get excited to see the bump kot.
At night, i stretch alot (in middle of sleep) & get occasional leg cramp. Guess it is normal? But that makes me more at ease to consume Powerbar drink for some additional potassium. Maklum lar, sports drink are most beneficial when we work out vigorously; and if workout is reduced, the equation must balance up. Still, being pregnant is like having access license to food. Actually the belief eating for 2 is not applicable, just eat healthy would do. Which I dont think I am lacking nowadays.
4-5 friends I know are in the final stage of pregnancy =) hope they all have safe delivery. Many more of my friends are attempting races here & there, same goes for them, be safe & enjoy the races.

yalar, i stretch then cramp...teruk tul!! 1st time tu terkejut...it was really bad early in the morning and agonizingly painful....
