Ramadan month went well; that I started slowly but surely with my training session. Though, no biking & running yet; ankle still refused to recover 100%. All sl00ow & reaaal steady pace
Sat - Morn erg 2j, eve jog 1/2j
Sun - Morn & eve erg 2j
Mon - Erg 1j
Tues - Morn erg 30m, eve gym
Wed - Morn erg 1hr, bt cave 3x & eve gym; erg 1j
Thurs - Morn & eve erg 1 hr
Fri - Morn rest, eve gym
**lots of photography sessions too
training was fun... tapi rase da tua, tak larat sgt mcm dulu da...

ReplyDeleteerm, weekend was crap! I was just plain lazy...but then, I guess I had alot of 'excuses' not being able to do it in the morning! :)
Its ok for those excuses.. kawan i jadi makin kurus coz nak jaga baby..
