Masseur


Aarrrggh.. uaaaggghh.. Sakit ba.. makin i tahan, makin sakit dibuat nyer.. silently i screamed.. sapa suh degil sgt.. sapa suh gatal g angkat weight after 2months tak pegang besi.. konon boleh handle d weights lar, da bertahun gune weight tu.. skalik the next day, kepak terseliuh <-actually i think its d lat muscle.. jalan terpakse mendada, bongkok sket jer skt bahu..


so back to this silent scream.. i terpakse g cari tukang urut.. she was strong.. tak habis2 urut kat tempat sakit tu.. i found out something.. actually tukang urut likes to urut athletes.. they tend to put more pressure, more skills, more strength when they come to athlete.. N they will know one..Skalik i went urut with fren, he said tak aci.. coz i got more value as tukang urut tu bersungguh2 nak picit.. makin die urut, makin i tahan.. makin syok urutannyer, i guess they just enjoy seeing us in silent pain.. Or they like to urut athlete as the muscles more defined compared to average joe gitu.. N they could tell if you were athlete.. pernah skali i went to Indon with coach, he was once an athlete bout a decade ago, tp he put on weight after retiring.. yet, the tukang urut could tell that he was once an athlete. cene tau? tgk kaki aa.. hmm..

Miracle-ly, my kepak doesnt hurt so mmuch the next morning.

Moral of the story : use the 20% rule to start off training after duk diam lame.. if not, engine mercz pun semput...
