I looked forward to every Tuesday; it is the day when the junior rowers go Batu Caves for strength/explosive workouts. I just tagged along doing my own sets. Reaching late, I had my mp3 on. Too bad the parking attendant is in early, paid RM2 parking just for a 30min workout. Too bad that I left my shoes in dam yesterday. Clinging my flip flops, I began running up the stairs. 1x walk up; warm up. 3x run up; khalas..finished. Off I went to work; bau busuk semacam jer.. Shower & grooming in my office toilet; what to do..
Today I feel good, not much of DOM eventhough I did strength training on weight yesterday. Last week, total DOM even right into my butt a day after weight training. Hope to train as consistant as possible =)
