Lazy Workout


What do you do if u feel lazy, leg is so worn out, no mood for any workout???
Row - Movie - roll over - sleep =)

Yup, days when my joints gets painful (frequently happen now), i just row under the aircond, blasting the laptop with movies for an hour, & conveniently roll over to my right. Still, about 500 cal burnt every hour you erg =)
