Happy Birthday Coach!!!!

April.. best month of the year.. semua org best were born this month, haha, perasan.. its my coach's birthday as well.. Happy birthday coach!!! also happy bday to zole... for coach taught had me alot... competitive attitude.. he also paid attention to everyone of us.. his anak angkat... he gave me the light to take up sports seriously.. before this, it was just fat burning; though now sports is still fat burning for me, but it has been a bit more competitive compared to last time..

I want u try ergo 2k time to 7:30; i did my best @ 7:39 dulu... women's double scull should train together; my partner n i were at dam b4 subuh to train on water already... u can kyak/row/bike, u need to take up motor; i managed to get a B licence, yet belum berani bwak a motor, sama mcm lesen beli jer... be professional; i did by not mixing feeling & sportsmanship; etc etc.. banyak gak die ajar.... byk gak i belajar...

All of us owe coach something, as he had taught us well. Thanks...
