Haha, after IM, my training schedule berlubang giler.. if go to see the dentist, mmg kaya dentist tu nak tampal lubang.. or if driving on tar road, lubang nyer terasa cam memandu 4WD.. haha, morning bangun lambat.. petang balik awal after a session.. konon aaa, during IM bangun awal to train, balik lmbat becoz of training.. hence, this happen now..
but life rite, mmg ade up & down.. if tak sempat train, or takde mood train, its just a phase.. <-haha, ayat menyedapkan hati..
& there is always the guilt for not training & eating too much, so bile guilt nyer bertambah, automatically will go N train after dat.. N also the love & passion for being out dating with the bike... i miss dating with my bike too.. so, all the guilt & love will add up & eventually will start to train again. not forgetting my weight piling up as well. So, stronger reason to train as well. going up& up & up without lubang is also torturing the mental.
Mon - 18km run morning, ptg lubang
Tues - 10km run, ptg lubang
Wed - 7x up Bt Caves, ptg gym
Thurs - Morning lubang, eve 10km run
Fri - Luubang...
Sat - 18km run, 45min bike
Sun - Lubaang...
N kenyir tri is coming up in next 2 weekss. huhu, my boss better not see my blog, all done during office hours... takde mood hari ni...

dahsyatnya traning lepas IM.... I still macam kayu....buat keras je tak buat apa-apa tapi makan banyak :D
