Sports today

Just today, Azalina's files are being taken by MACC for checking. What is happening? I pun tak sure, tapi surely her department is being investigated for corruption. Y?It it yet to proof, but biasanya big fish gets away, only udang kering yang kena tangkap. & I knew some Rakan Muda volunteers got RM 100 per day for helping out at her election last year in JB. I tot volunteering is FOC act. No solid proof, yet i heard. She menang election tanpa bertanding. & she was the sports minister.

Malaysian sports is corrupted as well. I know some cyclists, whom could have been chosen to represent Malaysia should there be no politics involved. Or some good triathletes not being well taken care, because of politics.. & story goes on.

We were once training hard for Seagame (rowing). They had this Category A, B & C. If you tera, dapat aa category A. if tak, b & lastly C. A is like a free pass, B is 50% pass & C, you need to pay all the expenses to Seagame. Lucky enough for me that I no need to pay for my coach was good at presenting us. tapi, what happened to B & C athletes? They need to fork out own money. but they train sports like there is no tomorrow as well, passion we call it. note that not all atheletes are as lucky as badminton, or the foot ball player.. or the 8 core sports.. they are being paid to do sport.. we, other hand have to pay to do sports.

If we only pay for the flight to the venue would be fair for us. Try forking out money to pay RM 500 for the the uniform, RM 500 for flight & another RM 500 for accomodation. Regardless if you stay hostel or hotel. Flight sekarang pun da murah. Y the clothing? who contracts these uniform???

There was once, she went to the game venue, just to pass out RM 50 notes to the athletes.. No record, nothing. where does the excess money goes, we dont know. these are only from my experience, bits & pieces only. yet more to be discovered.
no wonder msian sports tak berkembang. tapi, i respect the passion from our badminton/squash/cycling team. they did marvellous.
