Training

After breaking off for 1-2 weeks from running; due to uncontrallable schedule ~~ alasan~~; I had one run @ 8km @ 55mins after that, which directly translate to 1hr 10mins for 10km. That is if i could still maintain the pace. what if the graph is exponentially downwards? It would mean 1hr 15mins or more =(

Then the next day, I had a swim @ 1.3km @ 28mins followed by BJ run 5km @ 30mins. What does it means? It clearly meant that I had the excessive fats to keep afloat, hence my swim time does not drop as much as my running time. Bike? Dare not dream...

Still, looking forward to more serious training. Schedule is more hectic than ever. Daily ergo had become not so daily as well. Ouch~~
