Powerlunch

With the recent pullback on my licence to go out earlier for training, I had no choice but to stay at home, jaga anak. He is getting more mischievious, not to mention more like how ants got stuck to candy. Have been trying to sneak in 1 or 2 workout for the entire 2 weeks after tri, but mostly fail. Great power comes with great responsibility. Ape yg merepek ni??


Just today, managed to grab some iron packed lunch at home. Sharp at 12.15, go back home; pump; then pump some iron; water plants; then head back office at 1.30pm. Well, some plus minus tolerance on the timing here. Here I got my lunch menu:

5 x 15 reps squats; 30kg
3 x 10 reps bench press; 30kg
3 x 10 reps bench pull; 30kg
5 x 10 reps lunges; 30kg
5 x 10 reps calves: 30kg (tak tau panggil ape)
3 x 20 reps leg extensions; 10kg
3 x 20 reps reverse leg extensions; 10kg
* weight remain unchange for quicker workout..

Fixed myself a quick cheese sandwich lunch after my powerlunch. Am back fixing on sales, reports & documentations now. I have nice wobbly feeling now.. =)

  2. nice workout! but i pun kena behave when CK is around, cant workout too much. he will muncung tah hape2, boring giler. dapat curik masa 1 jam buat workout pun jadi la

    most probably after this, i wont join too much race, not even desaru. so i just can hope for PD. See u there!

  3. reitak: i pernah nak bawak yoga mat.. at least ble cari some secluded area kat office & start buat core.. tp, tak materialized..

  4. i dah janji dengan CK, no desaru this year. helper not around during raya holidays, so no time to train. i think cukup la, too much races this year :D
