haha.. try me.. my plan also hancur... plan 3plus start swim.. 4 plus start jog.. b4 6 balik umah.. jaga BB. then, wasted.. hub demam.. g klcc amik laptop die.. tertinggal.. so, kul 4 baru smpai pool.. tiket counter baru tutup.. org tu kate kul 5 start balik. i ask bile close, he said 4.30 wisel. then i trun anyway, smuggled myself in.. Baru 15min swim, preeettt.. kene bgn..
i tot nak g jog.. then ujan.. so, pump susu, by the time abis, about kul 5. swim balik.. then target 15laps (1.5k); smpai 9th, da preettt again.. ujan lebat.. tunggu about 15min, baru let go.. just becoz i determined to do 1.5k, then i waited N started swim again. total time 33 min for 1.5k.. the first 15min dpt buat 500meter je, so tak kire coz timing too slow.. huhu.. total dpt lar 2k.. but still, 2k in 3 hrs time, like so not efficient.. baik balik teman aydeen.. wat a day.. huhu.. nyway, hows desperate?? =)

Timing
500m - 15min (tak kire, lambat sgt)
** kena halau
900m - 21min + thunder + 600m @ 13min = 1.5k @ 33min
Total workout 2k, @ 3hours (time planning inefficient)
hehe, how desperate is that. When 2 housewives chats.. We can plan & plan, & finally just hope our fingers' crossed. Luckily had her to motivate each other.That was my first swim edition. Btw, new season of desperate housewife is out. Hope to catch all the episodes, so far, none catched. Guess need to find the dvd soon.
